RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

Our focus always remain to complete the Recruitment quick and efficiently. By Law, we will for all recruitment from Nepal, we need 5 types of recruitment documents, which are listed below:

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ( All countries)

The following original documents are required from the client’s bythe Government of Nepal for the recruitment from Nepal:

  • Demand Letter.
  • Power of Attorney
  • Employment Agreement Contract
  • Agreement between the Company and GOC
  • Guarantee Letter

Sample copy of these documents could you provided should you require one.

This documents should be attested by:

1) Chamber of Commerce
2) Foreign Ministry
3) Nepal Embassy

For Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: additional documents are required which are:

  • Visa Bank Slip
  • Consulate Authorization Letter (Wakala)
  • Commercial Registration Copy

RECRUITMENT APPROVAL & INTERVIEW

After we received the hard-copy of the original recruitment documents, we have to apply at Nepal Labour Ministry for approval to begin the recruitment and by law we have to advertise in National Newspaper.

We could arrange Interview after 7 days of recruitment documents from the received date.

MEDICAL TEST & VISA PROCESS

All the selected candidates are sent for their medical test at the Government authorized Medical Centre. Only those candidates who are medically fit and available for travel are processed for Visa.

IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE & DEPLOYMENT

After we received the visa, all visa-received candidates should attain Orientation lesson from the government approved institute, which provide information on the host country where they will be working.

We are only allowed to apply for their Immigration Clearance or Final exit permit after they complete this orientation program. the approval of exit permit, we could deploy the candidates as per the given time of the client scheduled.
